Tiffarah D. McLean

Tiffarah McLean, a proud Maritimer, has deep roots in Fredericton, where she now happily calls home. Though she spent much of her adolescence in Sussex, her heart is firmly planted in Fredericton, surrounded by the community she loves.

Tiffarah began her legal career at McMath Law in Fredericton, first as a Student-at-Law and then as an Associate after being called to the bar in June of 2019. Fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit, she launched her own practice, the Law Office of Tiffarah D. McLean, in May of 2020. Then, in March of 2022 she co-founded Trio Law Offices, where she continues to provide dedicated services to her clients.

Tiffarah knows that engaging with the legal industry can sometimes be overwhelming and impersonal. This is why her approach to addressing a client’s legal matters focuses on maintaining a supportive, unpretentious environment where clients feel informed, empowered, and confident while having their legal needs met. Her practice also utilizes modern, legal technologies that are meant to improve transparency and communication, increase fee predictability, and maximize efficiency for her clients.

When she is not serving her clients, Tiffarah loves spending time outdoors with her husband and children, whether they’re canoeing in the summer or hitting the slopes in winter. She also enjoys hosting friends and family for meals, game nights, and TV viewings, as well as diving into renovation projects, curling up with her latest book club pick, and sharing her voice with her faith community.
