    We assist with permanent and temporary residency applications, including work permits, study permits, and family sponsorships.

  • Can you help with denied immigration applications?

    Yes, we can review your case and assist with most appeals or reapplications based on your situation. We are currently not accepting refugee, or those requiring litigation.

  • How long does it take to process a residency application?

    Processing times vary depending on the type of application and government timelines.

  • Do you assist international clients?

    Yes, we provide support to individuals outside Canada who are looking to immigrate to Canada. We cannot assist those who are looking to immigrate to any other country.

  • Do I need a lawyer for my immigration application?

    Hiring a lawyer (AKA a “Representative”) does not guarantee a favourable outcome, but will decrease your likelihood of making critical errors. Tiffarah D. McLean is an Authorized Representative for the Government of Canada (#P263387695910) and Province of New Brunswick (#177). You are not obliged to hire a Representative. The IRCC treats every individual equally, whether they have a Representative or not.

  • Can you assist with employer-sponsored immigration?

    Yes, we help employers and employees with work permits and related immigration needs.
